Ranked 1-10!

My husband came home and said that his co-workers googled my site and found it. I thought it odd as I had only submitted it a week ago. I went on and googled and was ranked in the top 10! I am to excited right now. I really can't believe it. I again want to thank everyone on this site for helping me with everything except content (I have to pat myself on the back for something). If Lisa makes a forum for poster children I will submit my name. I'm on cloud nine right now!

Hmm... I wonder what keyword you rank easily... Well, I'm sure it is not so competitive keyword.

Was he searching using an obscure phrase? Its not hard to rank well especially if its not a competitive search term.

What is not only so terrific about that rank is the basic fact that you were indexed so quickly. That alone can sometimes take weeks.

to rank on page 1 on google search engine you need to do more hard work on your site you must have a high traffic.

congrats! even though it seems like you have used a keyword with less competition.. it sounds a good start for you...

Getting your page ranked by Google is no easy feat, no matter how competitive your keywords are. I am in a very narrow field and my keyword selection is a nobrainer, it doesn't make it any easier. The amount of work and testing that it takes is what puts us on "cloud nine" and I have to send out a big congrats to Beyceo.

We must take gratification out of our small steps. SEO is such an ever moving target where an "s" can make or break your site positioning, you go girl!

Thank you everyone for the positive responses- it truly means alot. I felt that my keywords would not be competitive but I do mention weddings alot which I thought would be. None the less, I am happy with what have accomplished and I am forging on to make my site more successful.

To enter grades 1-10 in google, you should be diligent to your website .. maintance Using keywords that you specify ... And it's not an easy job
