Default Site no longer indexed by google! help!

so I was searching for my site on google and realized it is not longer indexed.
I read over the terms of service or w/e it's called and saw that the only rule I was breaking is not having a site map.
I quickly submitted a site map and applied for reconsideration.

Does google usually take sites of their listing for something like a site map?
is this really bad?
would they re consider my site? im worried....

Having sitemap on your site helps you to indexed faster and be recognized by search engines but it's not actually a mandatory rule. But it is good to have sitemap on your site and take the benefits of it.

I found your site very slow to resolve - I wonder whether this might be causing the problem?

Is this a new site? If it is, several days after your site being indexed, it will temporarily disappeared for a few days and it will reappear again. So, don't worry, just check it a few days later.

site map is not a big deal....check your script and make sure that everything is correct.. check your site stats whether google robots are crawling your site or not.

google robots should be crawling my sites... i had the problem in the past where my adsense wasn't showing up but i followed the google instructions for the robots.txt file so it should be working fine.
also, my site has been online since about august. It was indexed in the past but now it is'nt. ah!

I agree! Creating a sitemap helps your sub-pages or inner pages get index. Deep linking also helps.

It is also possible that when Google crawled your site that the server had a glitch or block. My personal fishing site disappeared for a couple weeks before coming back and that was with a pagerank of 3.

the creation date of your site is Creation 05-aug-2009, so it should be indexed by google.. you might have been deindexed maybe for some blackhat procedure you have done.

Blackhat procedures pretty much means ''breaking the seo rules'' think keyword spamming, or hidden text in the background ..also submitting to directory submission services that promise tons of backlinks (most of these linkfarms get banned by google and is considered bad neighborhood) White hat really is ''keeping it real'', good useful content, trustbuilding and patience. Also there is a gray are..people who break the rules but probably wont get caught by google (atleast for now) The engines are getting better at detecting reality so I wont recommend that..

Deep linking as in backlinks? Because for some reason Webmaster Tools has 191 urls submitted for my site and only 1 indexed.
