I found some great tools that have helped me with my ad campaigns on adwords.

Adwords Editor is great! You can do all kinds of cool stuff to configure your campaigns.

SEO Quake is another tool. It can give you all the stats on any site and help you tweak your site for sitemaps, keywords etc. and best of all it's free!
