I was looking at this forum's member list and noticed that there are a lot of people that join websitebabble but never post. I wonder why that is? Usually when I join a forum I join because I have something to contribute. I've noticed that on a lot of boards and just curious and something that I've always wondered.
I think a lot of people intend to post but get sidetracked and then forget. And this may sound kinda funny but some people may not even know how to post. Even though many of us may be familiar with vbulletin and other forums, some aren't familiar with bb terminology... particularly newbies.
You know ppcfanatic you make a good point. I have gotten a couple of emails from people after they signed up stating they didn't know how to start a topic or post. Perhaps I need to edit the welcome email with instructions on how to start a thread or add a reply.
You're right. Sometimes I take for granted everyone understands how to use a forum because I do, but that's not always the case with everyone.
