Yep it's true I do have 7 kids and their ages are listed below. I've always wanted to learn how to design a website for many reasons as they change each year. But the time away & money to learn wasn't obtainable at the moment. Hee hee! As you can see I have a newborn. I figured I could for fun learn how to do very basic work by learning online. I wanted to create some type of one pager for my husband music business. He owns and plays in a Salsa band here in Las Vegas. So I wanted to create a page that would show off perhaps a resume, pictures, perhaps small 10 second video of their band, and a "where are they playing next." Hahaha and of course since I designed it for him I'll add a link to my AVON website hee hee!

Wow Kathryn 7 kids!!!!! How do you even have time to type on the computer? LOL

If you just need a one page site you may want to try Website Tonight over at websitepalace.com. (I think it's under "Build a Website" It's quick, cheap and easy and you can do video, flash without knowing any technical stuff. I had a site there for a while but decided to move on to site build it 'cause I want to make money.

But it was easy to use. A lot of point and click and VOOM! your page is done.

Hey there Kathryn! Welcome to the forums. How incredibly cool that you have 7 children. You just don't here about people having that many these days....and they're so close in age! How in the world do you do it???

DanaP is right. If you only need a small site I would use a cheap host with an easy builder like Website Tonight. It's fast and you don't have to know any technical stuff to add video, pictures, etc.

7 Kids!?! wow you are amazing even f you have time to learn and type on a PC. There are a few ways to learn have to create websites most people around here have experianced site build it and have had good results. Myself i havn't got a credit card so i cant buy domain names or anything online so i choose the free way through freewebs... i have had alittle bit of ups and downs but i have 4000 impressions in a month or more with very little advertising

Creating a Website is not easy especially if you don't know much, and as stated by the other posts you might give a try to Website Tonight but before that you have to decide where to buy your domain name.

So Website Palace might be a great place but domains names are quite expensive, but don't worry I have great news to you GoDaddy is very similar to Website Palace but their domains are more cheaper.

And let me clarify I'm not in partnership with GoDaddy nor I'm not a reseller I'm just guiding you where to buy the cheapest domain name. GoDaddy and Website Palace offer Website Tonight, so to conclude this post if you don't have a domain name and want one cheap check GoDaddy.

Ohhhh wait another thing, even if you don't use GoDaddy completely you can buy a domain name with them and host your domain name with another hosting company let's say Website Palace. You decide!!!

Wow you have your own basketball team plus subs! That's cool - - I love big families my mom has 14 siblings. Made cookouts and holidays tons of fun. Of course I have none but my sister and brothers have plenty to go around.
