Hi, my name is Chris. I am a single, 35 year old male from Victoria, Canada.

My day job is working as a nursing assistant, which I truly enjoy and find very rewarding.

I also enjoy playing the clarinet(I play in a band), surfing the Net, blogging, creating websites, walking, attending Church, and photgraphy.

For a just a few weeks, I've been writing in a blog. In the past I've had both a blog and website, which haven't been online for about a year.

However, I have purchased a domain and plan on getting my site up and running again. I just need to update the around 30 pages of content and create a new website. I guess I shouldn't say "just", as I think it'll be a lot of work. It certainly was a great deal of work to create it the first time.

I have been visiting Lisa's CreateaWebsite site, blog, and webmaster forum for a month or two now.

So far it has been a really informative and friendly place and I have learned a lot about creating websites and blogging. I look forward to spending more time exploring Lisa's site, blog, and chatting with you all on Website Babble.

Nice to see a fellow Canadian TechieGuy. By the way, I briefly visited your blog and I was impressed with what I saw. In fact, your posts on switching over from Blogger to Wordpress might be helpful, as I am thinking of taking the plunge and switching over to Wordpress from Blogger.
