Live from New York!

Hello Lisa and everyone,

My name is Mark, and yes, I am from NY and thankfully, live!

I have been visiting this site for a while now and I thought it was time to stop in and say hi and also a big thank you.

I truly appreciate what this site has to offer as well as everyone that takes the time to post and share (for free!) their knowledge and ideas on building a great website and getting it up and running.

I am a part time e-Bay seller and have always wanted my own site. So I thought advertising a site locally would bring my costumers (and products to sell) to me.

And although my site is up and running, I have some questions that I need to ask and will do so in the appropriate sections of this forum.

Then maybe I can get a review from the pro's here as I have seen some really fantastic sites in the review section.

Hi Mark, I'm the opposite of Lisa in this instance. NY scares me. I'm a country boy living in a medium sized city. I know this is going to hurt you man, but I won't be going back to NY anytime soon.

I must admit, I have never been to New York City either.

Although I have always wanted to go see Letterman some day.

I guess my thread title suggested I was in NYC.

I actually live in a small country town called Attica which is about 45 miles southwest of Rochester.

You may have heard of the Attica state prison. It's right down the road.

Hey Mark welcome to the forums.

I'm next door to you in CT. Did you say you've never been to the Big Apple? It's a really nice place to visit.

That's if you like tons of rushing people and crowed roads with cab drivers that'll hit your car and keep on going.

NYC can be a beautiful place to hang out though, walk around, take in a show and eat foods from all over the world.

But I would never want to live there. Too crowed and I'm with alpha7, it is some what scary.
