Well, it's winter here, but it hasn't been quite as cold as previous winters.

I wont ask you about the weather, since you only have a choice of hot, hotter or Hurricane huh? LOL

Welcome to the forums!

Up here in Canada it is also hot. We have had freaky weather this summer - a lot of rain. Practically everyday we have had a storm system pass through our area.

Define hot Alpha..hehe. It's cold here today, but minimum's probably about 6 or 7 Celcius (Grew up on the Metric system, so there..lol). Maximum was probably around 19 or 20...

BTW, in 5 years, my wife & I hope to settle in VA Beach.

Techie: I have to tell you I've never been to Canada, but I absolutely HATE cold and from what I've heard it's frigging freezing at least 8 months of the year in Canada, so no offence buddy, but I don't think I'll be visiting anytime soon...

None taking. Up here we say we have to seasons: winter and construction.

We do have a lot of cold months, but we do have a range of temperatures. We can go from -10C (I grew up on metric as well) in the winter to 30C in the summer. Right now the days are about 25C to 30C, or 32C to 40C with the humidity.

I'm used to the weather so the cold doesn't bother me. We Canadians usually like to vacation south (Florida and Carribean) for a few weeks in the winter to warm up.

Yeah, same here...except we occasionally get two or three weeks of summer to go along with the construction. lol
