Hi Lee810
Nice meeting you. This forum is great for both learning and sharing online tips for bloggers and webmasters.
I joined this forum about 8 months ago. I've been a long time follower of Lisa and just started contributing to the forum recently. It's been a humbling experience, since I've been active on the Internet since it started but I've never been in a probationary state for this long where I cannot post a link, my photo, or anything that might be of use to a spammer :-). I guess that is what makes this forum useful and unique. Anyway, I hope to be able to learn from others' online experiences and share some of my own.

Hi Thomas, Thanks for the welcome. I have visited your website and it motivated me to look into a few plugins for mine, including Commentluv and one to show related posts (hoping it will reduce the bounce rate). I am always amazed at what I learn when I visit the sites of contributors to this forum.

Welcome to the Babble!
Glad to have you join the forum, a great place to learn and share.
I am not sure myself how many posts are required to get a signature, but I know the number has only increased as Lisa found it necessary to stop spammers from posting a number of shallow posts just to get a signature. Be sure you are checking the right way: click on "settings" then look under "My Settings" for the "Edit Signature" down about four places. It will be there when you qualify.

Welcome to the forums!
Thanks James, I wasn't sure exactly what would change in my profile and felt like I might be overlooking it, but so far, no menu to edit a signature. I own/moderate 3 forums myself and have for about 10 years. When they were active, spam was a non-stop headache but now that they are starting to wind down, I find that I only need to moderate the first posting and that takes care of it. But they aren't related to internet marketing, so they are not as likely to attract spammers as this forum.
