Hey all,

I'm new to the forum and will hopefully be reading many of posts and putting some of the advice to good use.

I always enjoy other opinions besides my own, as that is always a great way to learn.

I have just started my first blog about two weeks ago so I'm hoping to use information provided hear to help increase my traffic.

Welcome to Website Babble, TechieGuy!

Nice Blog. Do you work with computers for a living, or is it just a hobby?

You said you've only had this blog for 2 weeks, right? --- Quick question, how do you have the "content link"... I thought you had to have an outrageous number of visits per day before you qualify to have it on your website... Maybe I am thinking of something else

Do you get paid when someone clicks... or do you just get a flat rate per month?

Welcome, again!

I work with computers for a living as well as a hobby so I decided to write what I have learned in a blog for others.

It's true about the content link, you usually do need a lot of visitors to qualify for it. While doing searches about advertising with blogs I came across this site: John Chow dot Com. If you scroll down to the Kontera Contentlink it will describe how to get the content links without a lot of traffic.

Hi TechiGuy,

I'm always excited to see more technical folks here. I'm personally lacking in that area (I'm more of a writing/marketing gal) so it's good to see people joining that have expertise in areas I'm lacking. Welcome and looking forward to learning from you.
