Just want to say this is my first time to a forum like this and I hope all my questions can be answered. I reside in France and retired, I know little regarding how to make websites so be patient. Now where do I start?

Welcome to the forum. Where to start? what kinda site to you want, topic, theme, audience, or just a simple family site?
