Hi All,

I am here to learn about building my own site that promotes products that I believe in and have helped me with my Ultra Running. A site that shares my stories and why I would use this or that and how it helped me.

I have a lot to learn about creating traffic, adsense etc... but willing to take the time to figure it out.

Thanks all, glad to be here & will be checking out the different subjects.

Do give us some tips about 'sports wear' as well. i.e The choice of track shoes.

and TechieGuy the crazy stuff is when U get in that ICE Bath

I didn't realize you were down here. For some reason I thought you from England!

Did you run the ING yesterday? My son was out there with his boy scout troop doing some volunteer work for the staff. I had to have him there yesterday by 4 a.m...UGH!

No I wasn't there .... But I did have log some good running hours this weekend as well as building my site content--lol That is going to be harder then running a 100 miler
