Hey guys, Uh.. It's now half term for me, I'm 14 and i've got a ton of homework to do and i really want to learn CSS and HTML but it just seems too much to shove into my brain..

I'm more of a practical leraner and I learned the basics from Lisa's CSS videos.

I need some motivation

Hang in there, bud. Just devote 30 minutes a day to it. Small steps and eventually you'll have a ton of knowledge!

Thanks, Good idea. It's simple enough. Im learning with w3schools and its just TMI!

You'll do great. Especially since your learning with w3schools. Just devote a little bit of time to it like Johnathan said and have fun.

Glad to have you join in the Babble and ditto on the w3schools use. The vast majority of sites that teach html and css are out of date in various ways, but the folks at w3schools really keep on top of things. A great place to learn and they have some great references, too, for looking up things when you get stumped.

Babble is great because not only can you learn, but you can ask questions. Most people are more than willing to help out. Don't force too much on yourself at a time. Pace yourself and plan your journey.
