You need a web host in order to publish them online. godaddy.com, and hostgator.com are two popular ones. You need to publish your HTML files through your hosting account.
Or you use software like FrontPage or Dreamweaver to save and publish your HTML files. But you still need a host.

Hi Necc,
Well, I wouldn't say I know a lot about web programming, I know enough to get by. There are several people here who are pro programmers, though, so when you have a question, feel free to throw it out here, and you will get useful and helpful responses. Make sure you post your thread/question in the right section of the forum, though.
I would love to help with whatever I can.
Let's start with this... tell us more about yourself and your objective of starting a website.

Welcome Necc,
Yes and as others have said, it's important to try to keep the thread on topic and if you have a question not related to the original, it's best to start a new thread in the appropriate forum. It keeps things more organized.
