How do I make it so that when people go to "ManiacGamers.com" They will be re-directed automatically to "ManiacGamers.com/forums" ?? I don't wanna have a website anymore, Just a forum.

You should be able to setup a 301 redirect in your hosting control panel.

Ouch, I just tried to do that, I failed completely, I inserted everything correctly, But when I went to my forum my url would re-direct to : http://maniacgamers.com/forums/forum...forums/forums/

Why don't you just install the forums in your root dir then attach it to the db you have now this way you lose none of the information and you won't have to worry about the redirect. Just take your skin or template and put it in the new install.

Its quite easy actually. Use below code in your .htaccess file

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://maniacgamers.com/forums/$1 [R=301,L]

I just tried that, It didn't do anything to the main website and it said "Server could not redirect properly" or something similar, when I went to my forum =X

Edit : I just tried it again, It keeps doing the same thing as before It redirects me to "http://maniacgamers.com/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/forums/" so obviously it gives an error that it couldnt find it..
