Be honest business plan or not?
Hello,
I am going to be writing a business plan for both my websites after my A Level exams are over. I would love to know how many of you have writen a business plan for your online business's?
I personaly consider any website with 1 or more revenue streams a business.

For a web hosting company wouldn't a business plan be pretty important?

I write business plans all the time. It helps me manage my top income streams, and see where I should lead my business.
Business plans are great and I believe you should follow your business up with a plan.

You should it's a great follow up.
It's not just writing them either it's about executing them to! Write your plan, and follow with your plan!

Definatly, a business plan will be huge for my hosting company its really important. I have only just finished writing one for my A Levels lol
