Default Kinda noobish question :)

How do I create those lines around your menu, instead of having a menubar picture.

Default

if you mean around the whole menu then just set the table border containing the menu bar to 1
if you mean the lines in between each horizontal menu item just insert an empty cell and fill it with a colour you want

Default Only if you have a table

Your menu may not be a table, however, and personally I would not recommend using a table for it.

If you use css you will use borders. Around the whole menu you put a border around the containing tag, probably a div. Around the individual menu items you put the border around the individual tag, probably list items. You can put it on all four sides or just on any you select.
