I am trying to get Google Adsense, but it is required to have a site map. How should I go about creating the map, and what should it have on it?

You does not require a site map for Google adsense. Sitemap are submitted to the search engines for traffic purposes.These site maps are in xml formats and contains all the links that you have on your website.These sitemaps are submitted to Google webmaster tool but for Google adsense you don't need any sitemap.Just sign up for adsense , they will verify your site to meet their terms and conditions and your account will be approved with in two weeks.
