What exactly are they. I have noticed they are all over my stats page for the last 3 weeks or so. They are taking up all the space to show my page loads from actual individuals.

I didn't know either, but I did a search online and it looks as though it's a bot by Microsoft's search engine Live.com. Seems like it's a pretty unique type of bot. I found this on Yahoo Answers, which probably explains it better than I can:

The above is what I am seeing on my stats counter. I couldn't get it all copied however it says livebot and it;s from Redmond WA I believe
