Question Wikipedia-type table of contents

Hi,

I was wondering...how do I make a "table of contents" menu where you could click a link and it brings you to a certain part of the page just like that of wikipedia's?

I really need some of those, cause I have some information overload on my pages, and I think it's just gonna scare the viewers away.

Any solutions?

Thanks,
Jim

Anchors-

the link will look something like:

<a href="#certainPart">Certain Part</a>

then the specific spot you want to scroll down to add:

<a name="certainPart">Optional Text</a>

Hope I made that clear?
