Default Linking From A web site blog

http://journal.elmguideschool.com/

My question is: how do you obtain a logo from another site and put it on your own site such as mt.gov. I am trying to put different states MT ID WY CO on my blog page which will direct people over to the site. I have the addresses on my blog now, however I want the pic from the named site because I know it would look much better.

When you go to the above page scroll down and on the right is where I have

your advise is appreciated.the links

Default copy and paste

In the cases you have, the pages you go to have the logos as part of a composite in the headers. So the only way to do this is to go to the page, copy the image and then edit ("photoshop" but I would do my "photoshop" with Paintshop Pro!) out the logos.

Even though this is copying another's work, I guess I wouldn't worry about it since it is a government logo and is used in pointing to the state's site.

Default Your site looks great.

You have been building a great site all along. Gets better all the time.

What you have looks fine. If I find a little more time later (probably a couple weeks if at all, I'm getting a rush of work starting tomorrow) I will see if I can help with this. If I can I will send a PM.

But I wouldn't worry about it at all. Images and alternative ways of linking, etc., are great, but you don't want to draw major attention to links like those anyway because they lead away from your site and are not affiliate links. In other words, it is better to make most attractive those parts of your page that will help you most. Leaving these links simple is fine.
