Biography:

I live and work in Augusta, Maine, U.S.A., and plan to retire on 11/01/2015 after 30 years as a state employee. Arth's Links is my retirement project with a three fold objective. 1) Helping people find resources for their business. 2) Helping people grow beyond their personal challenges by linking them with resources. 3) Supplementing my retirement income is a necessary evil in these economic hard times.
