I find Yahoo Site Explorer the best, do google webmaster tool is also great for checking backlink

you can see it with this
Google use link:http://website.com (or what ever extension)

yahoo :linkdomain:http://website.com (or what ever extension)
you can also check it's in Backlinkwatch tools as well for your back links.

Also, try Yahoo site explorer, it is good to check backlinks.

I use backlink watch to check on my links, but I heard Google Webmaster Tools is okay too.

Just understand that there is no system that can pull all your backlinks, inlcuding yahoo... The only one that knows all your backlinks and how many you have is you but then again others may be bookmarking or sharing your site in places you have no idea that even exist.
Personally I use Market Samurai, as well as the SEO plug in for a quick check.

I had been using online-utility.org/webmaster/backlink_host_ip_analyzer.jsp

It's really cool however it never shows more than 300 backlinks, so now I'm looking for something else.
