Qassia is a relatively new site that gives backlinks in exchange for information (intel, as the coin it) submitted. Information can be in the form of articles you previously posted on your blog, or original content created soley for Qassia.

I simply grabbed on of my previous articles, and, voila, it was approved in approximately an hour.

If you don't want to submit postings, you can also earn backlinks for reviewing postings submitted by other members.

The page has a PR of 4/10, so that's a nice backlink to have.

Qassia is accepting members by invitation only.

Fair enough. Yes, it looks like spam, but it's not. Qassia is accepting new members by invite only. If this were not the case, I would have posted the above edited link.
