How did you get the blank book animation for your flat stomach guide? I'm doing something similar, and I need a book cartoon.

You mean the cover image? It's not animated so I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean. If you mean the cover image, I just blogged about how I created it here...

I got the actual picture of the groceries from Word Clip Art and imported it into Photoshop after I created the cover.
