The risk is not so much that you would be violating copyright but that YouTube might determine that a video violates their rules and remove it. If and when they do that, it will disappear from your site also. This has happened to me and it's a little disconcerting. But mostly it doesn't happen, and the benefits of being able to embed videos are well worth that minimal risk. Still, it's best to know that this could take place--and without any warning or notification. It will just be gone.

Thanks for the insight... I've gone ahead and started posting some videos and I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed at this point.
No worries- I was just concerned that the actual person who posted the videos would sue me or something- just wanted to ensure I was on the up and up...
From what i can gather though I have nothing to be worried about.
