Youtube Partners
Some questions for those of you out there that are partners or know partners.
Does Youtube pay per click or per 1000 impressions?
What was your audience like when you were accepted (subscribers)?
Thanks,
Kevtheman

Thanks for helping me clear that up. I have heard a lot of stories about being paid per 1000 views, comment, subscriber, and channel view.
Anyway, do you remember how many subscribers, views, etc you had when you applied for your partnership?

You get like 1 cent per couple hundred impressions at times. Because when I look at my Ad sense account I see a penny or two for every couple hundred impressions.
I applied for my partnership at:
691 subscribers
Video views 118k
channel views 21.5k
Videos uploaded 44
Hope this helps

I have to say, I've never noticed that. But with a payout that low maybe that's why. LOL As far as the partnership video stats, I already had more than enough when I applied so not really worth mentioning. But Rammuny's numbers look about right from what I've heard from other people.

I like how you dogged my low payout on Youtube Lisa! Lol but I only have 1,000 subs and get probably 4-5 ad clicks a day so sadly I have to agree

I hope you understood I wasn't dogging you, but YouTube's payout. My point is, mine must be low too because I never noticed when checking my stats. Sorry if it came out that way.

Also, how do you know how much you're getting? My YouTube earnings only update once per month and it's a lump sum.

They only update this once/month and you cannot check your YouTube earnings from this month until the end of next month. So how did you decipher how much you got paid for a YouTube ad? That's what I'm asking.
