FunFrugalMom has a few positive reputation points
Default Soft focus for just the edges of my pics
I'm looking for a tut for either Paint.net or Gimp that will show me how to soften the edges of my pics.

If you link to my home page http://www.fun-frugal-mom-survival-tips.com
the pics there have the effect I'm trying to duplicate.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?
