Top right next to every video on youtube there is an information bit. Just under this, there should be two boxes; URL and Embed. Copy the code from the Embed box, that's the HTML code for the video and can be used to put it on Sites and Blogs.

Promoting your Videos
Creating and uploading your video is really the easy part. You still have to promote your video much the same way you promote your blog in order for your videos to bring you the traffic that your after.

I think the questions was how to embed a youtube video on their blog, not how to use them to promote it.

If you are using Blogger you can easily use the video gadget under settings > layout > add a gadget.

It's too easy. Simply cut the code for embedding the Youtube video then paste it to your blog post or template.

I always use this Youtube feature because you can even add the video to your Facebook or Myspace profile. The embed feature even allows the changes in colors of the border and to adjust the size.

ADD YOU TUBE VIDEOS QUICKLY
Adding performance footage to your page is easy. First, dump the video onto your computer. After you get the video to your hard drive, you then upload it to a free video server. The most popular one out there is You Tube. And like everything else, if you don't like one server, there are always other options. Copy the embed code on the video hosting site. Paste it on your blog HTML editor and save the changes!

Depending on if this video is yours or not. If it's not yours or if it is then you can do what others said and embed it with the html code on the video page. But, if the video is yours, then you can create a video playlist with all your videos or ones in a playlist. This is a great way to put multiple videos on a webpage without entering all that code. This will also save space on your blog.
