Default Smart way to host high traffic images?

Hi there,

I am considering developing a game that would require thousands (hopefully) of users to hot link a small pixel graphic in their forum signatures/blogs etc. This graphic would be integral to the overall growth of the game but I am concerned about the massive bandwidth hit I would take running this.

Does anyone have any inexpensive solutions or suggestions on how to go about this? I would rather not use up all of my websites bandwidth just hosting the graphic.
