I have some questions about the google search.
I have read the google infos about different search possibilities but it still does not make sense to me.

let's take the search phrase "hair loss vitamin" for example.
I do my searches in Switzerland but have the settings for only English.
When I search for hair loss vitamin (without quotes) I get about 3.8 million results.
With the search for "hair loss vitamin" I get about 23'000 results. This search means that I get all the results where this phrase
is in the title or content in this order, right?
When I now make a search with allintitle:"hair loss vitamin" I get more than 80'000 results!! How come that it's that much, but without
allintitle with quotes I only get 23'000?? That does not make sense to me and makes it difficult to decide if a keyword is good to create
a lens.....
When I then search for allintitle:hair loss vitamin I get only about 29'000 results, I would expect that it would be more than allintitle:"hair loss vitamin"
because the order here does not matter.....
Can anyone make this clear to me?

Doesn't make sense does it! Well let me add to the confusion. I can't stand a puzzle so I tried to check it out. Sure enough, when you said:
you are right even though at that point you should be getting a pretty small number.

However, try looking at a few pages of these results. When you get to page 14 (10 to a page) you remarkably find:

Each of the first pages indicated over 80,000! There's got to be a bug somewhere!
