Adult Website
I have an idea for an adult website but I don't know how to get started in this area. I have the domain and hosting taking care of but just need some content and help for this area.
I know millions of people look everyday online for free sites that offer good content to watch and I want to provide this and have a premium like the big name companies have.
what is the best way to get started?

I'm not familiar with it but wouldn't adult websites require a lot of investing in the making of content or are there adult content resellers out there? I doubt a good idea alone is enough.. it's one of the only niches that requires a lot of money to be successful (unless you're planning on stealing content, which I wouldn't recommend).

That's very wrong. Apart from it being illegal, downloading a nulled script is setting yourself up for failure. If a webmaster isn't willing to make the most basic investment, then it must mean they're absolutely not dedicated to making the website a success.

Yeah most of these sites do not make the content themselves they pay other companies to do it.
Very expensive area to get into and the competition, wow must be allot more than making money online although if you have a niche it may be alright.

Paid scripts that have been hacked/modified to work without users having to purchase a license.

using nulled script is not good. Using the script without a license to use you are just like cheating your own self and that can lead you also to failure if you are caught using that..

The best way to get started in this arena is starting an adult blog or blogs. This way you will get search engine traffic and not fall victim from TGP/MGP traffic. That's traffic that has been handed from free porn site to free porn site and is very poor these days. Your text content (i.e., your posts) are your best tools.
I make a few bucks from this arena using nothing but blogs and TGP/MGP sites that only get search engine traffic.

edh448,
This thread certainly is an eye-opener!
I agree with some of the other babblers, sounds like getting content will be a big investment if you plan on being sucessful. It also seems like a topic that is too broad for a newcomer. You'll need a specific niche area within the topic that would make you stand out.
I think your blog or site would be overwhelmed with spam.
I guess this is one site that won't get reviewed on WB...

You don't need your own content, just join the adult affiliate programs in the niche you want to promote. They will provide you with plenty of content to use.
Your blog will not suffer from spam if you use the many anti-spam tools for wordpress (the blog software I recommend).

I'm with the others on this one. I think the competition is just too much out there. SO many sites with a lot of the same thing (depending on what your niche is and how original it can possibly be)

Does anyone else smile and find it interesting that this site had over 600 views already?
No wonder this industry is so huge.
