phpmyadmin is just a database program you still need a script of some sort to save the data in database.

When you create a database in phpmyadmin it will be blank and than you need to set up tables where the script will save the data like your website user name and password

Its not as easy as it sounds.

I see that you have a website setup where you have forum and a blog so you know how to do it you just making sound as if you do not know how to do it.

Than you will have to learn how to use the program you installed like any other program you install on your computer.

All those programs that auto install are free and they do not give any support so you have to figure it all out and learn.

Yes, that's the nature of most scripts. Whether it's a forum, members login, etc. The gist is you either download the script to your PC and configure them accordingly (some will have instructions) and then upload them to your host. Or your web host will have the function built in to your hosting account (cpanel, etc.) and you can run it from there.

Unlike HTML, setting up things like this is not just a cut and dry thing because each script will be different and may require certain updates/customization, etc.

I was in same way not knowing what to do with phpnuke after auto installed
on my server and I learned how to use it by not giving up and so many times I deleted and reinstalled as I did not know how to repair the damage I did and I have kept on reading instructions and try not to make the same mistake.

I use phpnuke because it is flexible and if you looked at my website in my sig gbpcentral I am using a html files for body on each of programs.
and rest is the script.

The point I am trying to make here is that it will take sometime and effort to learn how to create a website no matter what you use html, phpnuke, joomla or wordpress they all will take learning.

First you need to plan on what you want from your website.
As is I see from the two websites you have in sig one is a wordpress that has a way for people to register and other link is website with forum that visitors can register and you have link to your blog as well.

I do not know if wordpress allows special privileges for registered members.

Once you explain how and what you want your website to do its very difficult to help you.
