Do anyone here could help in doing a membership site using Joomla? Is there a step by step tutorial of something which I could follow in setting up Joomla?

My site will be simple. Not a community site model. It just where people log on and could start download materials. May be there will be some membership fee... not sure yet.

I am just confused in setting up Joomla.... lost...

How far have you got setting Joomla up?

I should be able to help you with most things concerning Joomla just need to know a bit more about where you are getting confused.
