Default ERROR MESSAGE ON MY SITE

I recently started to see that lower left corner little "error on page" icon on my website... Does that have to do with some misconfiguration or anyother similar terms...

Its there any sofware tool that works on simply kind of scannig a webpage to find its errors..??

Thanks.

I am not seeing this error in Firefox. Are you using IE?

Default Yes, I think there is an error.

bestfin1

The page seems to download ok but I think it is hanging somehow.

Although it seems ok in Firefox, I notice that for a very long time after it seems to be done my own computer registers that it is still trying to download something.

In IE I get the message that the page is done with the download but has errors on it. Sometimes that means that the browser has settings that prevent something from downloading (ex. Javascript is blocked). But in this case I think you may have an error.

When you get that message at the lower left hand corner it should have a symbol to the left—a triangular warning sign with an exclamation mark on it. If you double click it you should get an explanation of the error. What I got was a message that you had a code error: Line 1, character 81, syntax error, code 0. (By the way, when you look for it you may find it isn't exactly where the message says; I have found they are often off a bit from the location specified in these messages.)

Hope that helps.
