Default HTML question

Will I need to know some html coding just to bold and highlight text on my SBI website? I want to do something easy like bold certain points and using their online template (which is the same as Notepad in Windows) is just very basic.

Lisa, I downloaded your FTP software from your 2createawebsite site but I'm not too sure if I will this or not.

The code I know is <b> if I want to bold text, however if I want to do this with just a few words, my entire text gets bolded. I know I'm missing something-

You don't need any FTP software with SBI! so disregard that. SBI! publishes your content for you through their internal system.

You need to close the </b> tag at the end of the text you want to bold. That's all. See below...

HTML Code:
<b>The first part</b> of this sentence will be bold

Default Great

Thanks Lisa! I was able to get one person from the SBI Forums to respond, but I will say again that the template they use is just too basic. Whenever I type, I'm so used to bold, italize (sorry mispelled), and being able to change font size of text. I'm reading the SBI Tips and Techniques to learn more the html tags though. I do think it's good to learn.

Other than that, my SBI site is coming along nicely. I'll be unveiling it shortly- and I'm still excited about it, moreso than than the employment site that I started before.

Thanks again!

Good, the fact that you're excited about it is always a good thing.

Are you doing your sites for the money or because you love it? Yes, I know you'll say for the money but that will come eventually-

Default In Reference to Question asked

I do it for the --um--Love of it !!

But Love is so fleeting but then again so is money. I read your post on problems at the gas station and it really PUMPED me up to watch out for the trickery. Living in Chicago tho - Can't say I've seen a gas station attendant in awhile.

Gas prices are getting sky high so Time for sharing-HERE'S A TOOL THAT WILL DEFINITELY HELP OUT and be sure to share with friends and loved ones--keeps them out your wallet (or purse) a little bit.
