Hey Lear1,
I noticed your using wordpress for this site. Your template should have two additional style sheets, one for ie6 and one for ie7. If it does not have that, the easiest thing to do is simply download another three column template that has that available and switch them over. That is a three-click process, rather than trying to rewrite the php files after you hunt down which one has the problem.
You can also search wordpress.org for information on IE display properties with wordpress. Believe me, doing that will save you a lot of headaches.
By the way, you may want to update your WP to 2.3.3, you have 2.3.2
