Site not loading on Firefox and Safari
So I have been using internet explorer, even though I have firefox it's going to take me awhile to convert, and I decided I wanted to try to view my site on firefox and it wouldn't work at all unlike internet explorer which works just fine. I also got a comment from a girl saying it wouldn't load on safari either. What could be going wrong?
Thnx
Ryan

Do your other sites load in firefox?
Check your firewall and internet proxy settings. That could be the cause of websites not loading on firefox.

it actually worked itself out, now i'm just having a problem with text being different colors in the two explorers, and images being in different locations. :/

Glad you're getting this sorted. One general development tip I'd give is to develop your site with Firefox first. It's more likely to be standards compliant (and therefore keep working in the future) and will probably work straight away with Safari, Chrome and Opera. You can then adapt it for IE 8 (which is pretty good), IE 7 (which is OK) and, if you're feeling suitably masochistic, IE 6 (which is horrible). If IE is just being belligerently contrary then conditional comments are your friend.

The background image URL is file:///C:/Users/Ryan%20Eisenhower/Desktop/Royalty%20Free%20Images/1203608_41684857.jpg. You may want to change it so it references a file on your website and not one on your computer...
