Selling items.
Ok, I am a little confused about this. What kind of site should be made if you wanted to sell products. Do you necessarily own these products or have to pay for them to sell, because you put your logo on them?

If your selling products online you would want to focus towards a "e-Commerce" store, this enables you to set up and sell your products online.
If your going to sell products online your going to need to own them. Unless your selling affiliate products then you only need to per-sway the customer to purchase that product and the rest of the work is taken care of by the manufacturer

Human life is a quest for information. The internet is the information superhighway.
Provide the best information on your website about any product (even if the product is your own information) and you will make money.

If you plan to sell your products then you will have to make them, ship them, and provide customer support. There is another great method which is dropshipping where you take orders for a different company and they take care of all of the shipping, support, ect and you get the difference.
If you plan on selling hard goods make sure you have a plan!

If you have more than a few dozen products then a fully-fledged e-commerce store with shopping cart and checkout could be ideal; you can get cart software such as ZenCart, Magento, CubeCart etc. for little or not cost.
Otherwise consider minisites or infomation sites - whatever happens, ensure high-quality, keyword focused content - think it can't work on a shopping site? Look at Amazon!

Today, you can find Buy & Sell hosting sites from the internet like Ebay and Etsy. These sites give individuals the chance to start up their own business online. You can register for an account for free and post items on sale for just a small cost. Customers will be able to check out your shop and order online even if you don’t have a merchant account or a website.

My suggestion to you if you are interested in selling items online is to start with a site such as eBay. You can get a flavor for what it's all about, try many types of different items to sell and see what works best.
I you decide you like it, you can try using dropshippers, or other sources for your goods.
I started out selling this way and basically created my own "brand" within eBay. You are not going to get that kind of traffic starting from scratch. Open an eBay store and then when you have a significant base take it to the web. You can do email marketing through eBay's stores and you can create an online profile to build your brand name and status.
I built a full-blown oscommerce store from scratch after selling many of the same types of items through my eBay store. It was a great learning experience in more ways than one as I learned php in the process, SEO, and the pros and cons of different web hosts.
Sad part was I had registered my domain name through my web host only to find out later that any domain names registered through them stayed with them. Their hosting fees were outrageous and they wanted $500 for me to "buy" the domain name that I had registered.
Good advice in an earlier post...have a plan.....decide what to sell, find a great niche and stick out from the crowd.

I would try to do an ebay store. Just out of curiosity, what are you trying to sell?

If you're looking to sell products yourself then don't forget that you'll have some additional concerns, such as: customer support & service, shipping, returns, faults and dealing with suppliers.

I would suggest e-commerce store. Look into dropshipping so you don't have to worry about shipping and so on. I heard good things about productsourcing.com. They have a great selection and easy upload to e-bay if your interested. Search around on Google it's easier than you think to have an online store.
Good Luck!

That looks like a spam site to me.
