If you google "free ebook cover creator" there may be some tools out there but one thing about those is they tend to look cheesy and cheaply done. I just prefer to use PhotoShop.

This site used to charge for the PhotoShop templates but now he offers them for free if you sign up for his newsletter...

Thanks Lisa, I actually got a program package deal with my computer so for some money I got like 5 programs, 1 of them was Photoshop, too bad it wasnt Dreamweaver also.
