Default How Do I Draw Traffic to My Site?

I belong to MySpace, Twitter, FaceBook and Tagged so am hoping to get my site out there through them some.

I dont know I clicked on one of the headings and hit New Thread and this page popped up that said I could not post a new thread and gave a list of reasons that i could not so I assumed that it was because I was new and did not have enough posts yet.

So how do I draw traffic to my site?

i kno businesses can make facebook pages. can you do that for a website that is technically your "business?" if so, you may consider opening up a business facebook page for it.

yes, you can make a facebook page for your website. There is an option for that. I have actually done it for my site. Just did it a couple weeks ago.

It is also a good way to interact with your "fans." I actually get more responses when I ask a question on my facebook page than I do when I ask the same question on Twitter despite having over 500 followers on Twitter and only 150 on facebook.

So i got u, u are asking about how to do social networking effectively. For twitter, I guess first be sure to pick an optimal handle that’s relevant to your brand or campaign and easy to remember. Your handle then becomes part of your customized Twitter URL such as twitter.com/yoursite or twitter.com/yourtopic.
Doing this creates a static address for future search indexing, which also helps usability for other cross-channel promotions. So choose wisely!

Well there are many ways to bring traffic to your site. You could try submitting articles to directories and adding a link to your site in the resource box.

IMO, the core of the traffic is the content and your consideration for your vistors.

Offer them great content, make them feel easy and confortable when stay at your site.

Unfortunately, these basics have just overlooked by many people who are keep thinking on how to push people to their site.

You may consider setting up an affiliate marketing program. You can then hire affiliates to promote your services and products. In doing so, they will direct the traffic from their web pages to your web site.

This way, you will also be able to get in contact with your target clients in a fairly less time. However, you will be required to pay a certain percentage of your profit as commission to your affiliate marketing partners.

Write good content for your site. Many search engines track down the keywords and keyword phrases your site uses and how they are used. It is not a requirement that a content should be done by a professional content writer. You could do your on but you have to make content for your site that is entertaining as well as informational. It should provide certain requirements as well as great quality.

Generally, internet users use search engines to find what they are looking for. Search engines in return use keyword searching in aiding their search results. With the right keywords, you could get high rankings in search engine results without the costs.

DOn't forget Press release submission. A press release is different from an article. Just be sure not to make it too much of an advertising.

As long as you've got something worth saying and have a strong unique selling pointPress release submission is certainly worth trying. Vary your source of distribution for maximal results.

Many webmaster and online business owners simply look at press release as means for getting quick backlinks to their websites. And there are some such as 100 free press release websites list provided.
