Social network website is too important for get traffic some useful site are facebook, myspace, twitter, twin and yahoo buzz also.

TechieGuy if you are using wordpress there is a plugin that will tweet everytime you add a new post to your page. I am not a big fan of them either but they have increased the traffic to the sites I promote and behind google it is the second largest reffering site for me.

Twitter has it build-in as everytime I post it gets added to my Twitter account. While I do have accounts with various networks, I realized that I just didn't have the time anymore to spend on social networks (3 kids will do that to you).

For me, search engines account for 90% of my traffic with direct taking up about 5% and referring sites the rest.
