Default Question About Gaming Site

I have a brand new blog that was created by Google for me...I am trying to get some content on it and in the process of doing that...I watched a video that came up on the screen...the video was how to earn money from games etc. from every visitor to your blog...it was free for me to join...and the video directed me to this URL: offto.net/pppads...I logged off from my blog to check out that url...I directed my browser to the URL and my security system (Trend Micro) sent me a message that Trend Micro was blocking the URL because it was dangerous and advised me to close the page asap and leave now and never to return...My question is...Are you familiar with this site...supposedly they will give a person the code to put video games on the site and the person with the blog gets paid for each visitor to the site...they do show a 5 second advertisement...but the visitor gets to play the video game or games free...please give me your take on this and your advice...As for what I did, I took the advice from Trend Micro and closed the page and left at once...Thanks for your support and expertise...William Wilson

I've never heard of this but maybe some other people here have.

I edited your thread title to something more general so it addresses everyone here and not just me. When you use my name in a thread title, two things happen...

1) It implies you are only interested in my opinion and anyone else who may have an answer just ignores your thread. That actually does you a disservice because it limits replies. There are a lot of very smart folks here who may be able to help too.

2) It could create a habit of other members doing the same and suddenly everyone is asking for me directly in a thread. I read almost every thread here so if I can contribute, I usually get around to chiming in.

Thanks for understanding.

If I was you I would stick to known advertisers like google, adbrite, commission Junction etc... I tried to bring up the page and it seems to be gone. I also have a gaming related site and google seems to bring up pretty good ads related to video games.
