These kinds of sites are fun to use and compare sites but I don't take the numbers too seriously. They probably have some formula for your site's worth based on your PR, Alexa, etc. For example, $25,000 if you're Alexa is under 100,000 then add another $10,000 for each PageRank number, traffic, etc. Who knows though... perhaps people looking to buy used domain names do look at sites like this to help them determine a site's worth. I just use them for fun for the most part.

It might be a good place to get a general idea, but there is so much they can't know, like how much traffic you really have (Alexa can be so far off), how much your site makes as far as income, ect.
