It's very difficult to find data entry jobs on the Internet. Many of them are MLM programs disguised as "home typist" jobs so you have to be careful. I personally haven't heard of any legit ones but before you join, I would make sure you have a reference... particularly someone that is actually making money.

However, you will have to know HTML and basic image editing. There may be some "traditional" data entry jobs available as well.

Some examples of data entry jobs include spelling mistake corrections, proof reading, directory submissions, etc. These are some jobs that anyone with minimal computer experience can accomplish.

Membership is free at getafreelancer. However, they will deduct some amount from the money you earn. I never tried it, however I have heard of some people actually making some decent money from it.
