Several months ago I stumbled upon Conduit|Create a Custom Toolbar. The results I have seen have been very satisfying. Let me list what you can do with your toolbar:

1. The Best of Your Site-Get your freshest content delivered directly to your subscribers browser, no matter where they are on the Web.
2. Hand-picked Links-Check out all of your favorite places on the Web (with your affiliate links).
3. Google-Powered Search Box-Search the Web, your site, and other useful engines. (Also an adsense revenue program where you make money when one of your subscribers clicks an adsense ad)
4. Alerts to Their Desktop-You can send your most important news and announcements to your subscribers instantly.

Catch a glimpse of my toolbar. Its turned out to be great feature for my website. I am constantly getting return visits because of it. As one of my subscribers told me "You're only a click away!"

Honestly, it's very easy... First things first:

1. Create an account
2. Read the easy to help instructions. (I didn't know how either until I just started messing around with it)

If you need help with any particular item please feel free to ask...but just go ahead and read the easy to read instructions.....just keep experiementing...
