PHP forum?

I'm looking for a php forum scrpit to add to my site. Nothin too comlicated for members to understand. A simple discussion board, php which I can also edit.

Any suggestions?

PHPBB or SMF are good PHP forums to start with.

Can I edit them and put adsense on them? Or change a few things on them?

They're also very easy to install through your hosting's cPanel.

I would suggest you use PHPBB because SMF is a little bit too simple in my opinion and it might come a time when you want to add a function or two to your forum and you will find a PHPBB plug-in for what you want and you will say to yourself "Damn it why didn't I use PHPBB 2 years ago!" ... just like I did :P
