Hey all!

My website is all about iOS / iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch, and I was looking to create an e-Book to put on the website. Rather than bugging my more knowledgable blog visitors with simple tutorials for specific tasks on the iPhone or on iOS, I thought it would be a good idea to appeal to my new iPhone users by creating an e-Book regarding the device.

It would include a plethora of tutorials to how to accomplish various tasks on the iPhone, do certain things, and use certain features. Most people would know most of the stuff within the e-Book, but new owners of the iDevice would not.

So essentially, this eBook would be targeted for visitors of my website who are new to iOS, recently purchased their first iDevice, senior citizens, and other people who are not that great at working with modern technology. I'm expecting the book to consist of between 100-200 pages.

But the question is, how do I profit off of this? I've considered a few options -

Sell the e-Book flat out on ClickBank, Amazon, iBooks, or a similar website.

Offer a preview/snippet, and then sell the full version on ClickBank, Amazon, iBooks, or a similar website.

Offer the e-Book for free as a reward for signing up for my website's e-mail newsletter

Have one of those pages that require liking a FB page / following on Twitter before displaying download link

Offer the book completely free, and sell a reseller license (similar to what Lisa does with her 20 traffic tips book)

Regardless of what I do, I do think I'll slip some affiliate links in when appropriate.

What do you think I should do and why? I appreciate your response!

Thanks!

How do we get started for testing? We presently have a sales conversion just under 1% and we want to know how to get started.

Should we start with the home page, product page, the copy, pricing.... We need to increase the conversion and get it over 1%. We want to make testing an ongoing process.

We have sell personal care products (which is our own brand). This conversion rate has been there for the past 2 years. Our average sale is $65 and has been consistent over that time.

Thank you in advance
