Hello,

I was thinking about creating a detailed blog post on the steps of creating a website (not so much about creating but more about what is needed). But then I decided I would try creating an e-book. This book will have affiliate links to products I personally use or have used e.g. Godaddy (domains). Now the main purpose of this book is to:

1) provide a helpful guide
2) promote my web hosting

I think I am moving more towards giving it away since the whole idea of this book is to promote my hosting. Much like Lisa's website guide book.

I’m expecting the book to be no more than 20 pages, I will not publish it until it is perfect.

I would love to know your opinions on if I should give it away or sell it. If anyone has any suggestions for the content of the book I'm also open for ideas.

Thanks!
Jack

Its kindof like commision where you buy something then you sell it and you get your investment back but still the best buisinessman/woman requires traffic!
I am sorry i can't put the link for that site on here at the moment as i can't find it, it is a freewebs site and it is very representable it looks quite eligant

I've read many of the posts offering great advice on a variety of shopping cart options. Oscmax, Zen Cart, Magento etc.

Just wanted to get a feel for what you feel is the best option.

I am ready to post a downloadable PDF ebook, and also a hardcopy CD.

Thanks in advance!

Is this an acceptable charge to drop ship?

I am looking to add two new websites under my wing in the next month. I have investigated several wholesalers some I have purchased from before when I was doing the flea market thing and some new ones. Anyhow, a compnay that I used to wholesale from in the past has dropship/private label option now and they charge an extra $3 to drop ship per order. I have never dealt with drop shiper before so I dont know what they normally charge to do so. I ordered from them like it was a drop ship to see the private label that would be on the packaging and was happy with it. It came in a timely fashion like everything else that I have ordered from them. Any thoughts?
