Marble hosting is ok but I really love hostgator for hosting I Have a few sites running on one account. I would chose the second option the hatchling which is only 8 bucks a month but if you pay it full year it comes out to 5 bucks. I don't like godaddy I used to have them and one issue I had with them is I had
one spam complaint with them and I showed them proof that the person was double opted in ,Spam compliant and I personally addressed that persons issue myself. I still had to pay 500 bucks to get my site back from go daddy. So godaddy is a no no to me.
Namecheap is where I get all my domain names. Free Domain names I stay away from because of ownership issues that may come up.
I personally keep my domain names and hosting seperate. Just in case in the future if you have to change it in the future you can just simply change the name server to your new hosting and you are done
