I would go for something that has the word ipod inside and is a bit easy to remember. You need to elaborate a little for this, also searching which domains are already owned.

I would have a look at domains that are due to expire, and hopefully get one that's one or more years old, will give you a big boost.

that's a good idea, as "ipod" is a top niche and has lots of competition

Actually, it's not a good idea to have "ipod" in the domain name, as it is a trademark infringement. You could put a lot of time and energy into your site only to get it shut down when Apple comes after you.

I dont have a name idea but I have a suggestion. You said that your site is for ipod touch application reviews. I do not think that you should limit yourself to just the touch when you are naming. Make it something at can apply to both the touch and the iPhone and possibly the next generation of Apple technology. This way you can get traffic for both devices because the apps are the same. Also, the name won't be outdated when a new product comes out.

I agree with you. This may be a long shot down the road, but if you try to give your name more of a span of ipod products, when they come out with new technology for the ipod, it could make your domain worth some cash if you are ever interested in domain sales.

But as for a name for an ipod touch app reviews, possibly something along the lines of appodreviews.com, net, whatever? Maybe or maybe not.

First two are taken. personaldeviceapps.com is open though and so is lovethoseapps.com..

If you want to use them, better snatch them now before someone else does. Also, i think lovethoseapps.com is pretty catchy. Suprised it isnt already taken.
